A well-trained staff is integral to the work of a staffing agency. But at Mipri, we take the extra mile. Our training sets us apart, so we do not compromise on quality. That is why we launched Mipri Academy, an arm of the company focused on providing training and giving staff the core skills they need to succeed in their role.

Our training, however, goes beyond providing technical knowledge. We provide our staff with the human skills needed to keep up with the modern demands of their profession. 

It is important to us that our staff are also respectful and well-mannered in addition to being technically competent. Additionally, our training is set up to produce reliable and trustworthy professionals. We do not take skills such as interpersonal, communication, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and personal hygiene for granted in our training. We understand the importance of trust in our services and make it a point to ensure that our workers demonstrate a high level of integrity.

Executing tasks with utmost precision and excellence is conditional to successfully passing out of our training programs. We emphasize what needs to be done just as much as how well it is done. We also ensure that our trainees understand the level of excellence required of them. We do this through practical training in various aspects of their work, including cooking, housekeeping and child care.

As client-focused service providers, we always look for how to solve our clients’ most challenging problems. A lot of what goes into our training is an effort to ensure that our staff continues to retain the trust that our clients repose in us. 

Since 2017, we have partnered with various medical providers to provide staff CPR and First Aid training. In our most recent training, Mipri partnered with the Red Cross Society of Liberia to equip our staff with first aid and CPR skills. We understand that these skills are crucial for child care and eldercare professionals. Consider a scenario where a medical emergency occurs when your nanny is alone with your children. Would you want a nanny who can administer basic First Aid and CPR? These are the kind of questions Mipri answers with its training methods. We anticipate the needs of our clients and put measures in place to ensure that our domestic workers come to the job full of solutions.
